Enjoyable session, really interesting. At times i struggle to really get to grips with the tasks in breakout rooms, but this was alleviated once in the rooms and I was able to discuss with other participants.
It was a really well run session I have come away inspired.
Bit daunting at first being asked to share your screen but actually a really good way of learning.
A very good facilitator, friendly, professional and a good listener, has a very kind voice. RE: course; I find that most courses from Happy unfortunately don't have any real life examples or scenarios to go through, which I think would be very helpful to others. This is something that has been observed by myself and my colleagues in the past.
It was useful to understand the techniques available for information sharing on remote/hybrid meetings It was a good reminder that others experience hybrid working differently and face different challenges
I found it a bit fast paced at some points and difficult to keep up- but I understand that there was lots of information to pass over. A help guide to accompany the teaching would be useful
I thought that thinking through the problems using the circles of concern/influence/control was really helpful. One of the difficulties with remote working is build up of frustrations without a productive outlet.
Needed a bit more time in the discussion sections, especially when looking at the 3 types of issues & their solutions. Allowed to express views quite fully. Anonymous posting of comments helpful, encourages honesty and getting issues out in the open.
Thank-you for a really helpful session! Much more confident with data visualisation now.
