Useful to have time to reflect outside of the usual busy work day. I need more time to reflect but has given food for thought.

Helpful insightful course

Rachael is a great trainer. I think it could have been a bit clearer what this course covered - it was quite similar to some of the other ones I have done with Happy, but it was fun and engaging.

learnt a lot, arrived slightly late as the course changed time, so missed a bit of the start.

Good session. Well paced and planned.

I thought it was great, interactive, interesting and with practical models that will help me take it forward.

Really well presented and very inclusive. Learnt some new tricks that will speed up my work, definitely interested to learn more.

The system used had many problems at the beginning, noone could hear, then we have to download on desktop....for people joining training to help them with tech, it was difficult and I nearly gave up on the course alltoegther. The trainer was very patient with us all.
