Minor thing to sort when pre-work isnt related to the topic going to be covered. Overall the course was great and Nicky was fantastic.

I have learned so much from the programme and know my fellow leadership team on a far more "intimate" level through shared experience.

It's felt like a very safe space to explore ideas together, helping each other find the way towards being effective leaders. The way that it's been facilitated has felt like we've learned from each other, not only from Nicky's wisdom and Happy's culture. Being part of this has helped me not only understand the theory and practice of leadership, but to see that there isn't a dark art to this and you don't need to be someone in particular, but that good leaders come in all shapes and sizes. I now have an invaluable tool bag to help me forwards. I'm genuinely sad that the sessions are over.

Great Course

Trainer brilliant at engaging group and content was very good and I feel I learnt a lot. Trainer also encouraged individuals to work with all in the group on a 1-1 basis
