It’s been incredible to hear other perspectives and learn new tools for communication, dealing with difficult conversations and how to coach and mentor teams. A lot of things in the training that already lined up with my values but I didn’t have the tools to implement these practices within the team.

Enjoyable and informative

Absolutely brilliant course and Nikki is an amazing coach, it doesn’t feel like learning it is approaching and viewing things differently. I was nervous attending the course but from day one with the popcorn affect Nikki’s made you feel at ease. The best course I have been on by far.

The course has been brilliant! All new information that I never would have been exposed to elsewhere. It has massively opened my eyes to how I am leading and how I can best adapt this to benefit myself, the team and the business as a whole. I feel well equipped to take on any new challenges that come my way and to evolving my leadership. Nicky is amazing and I think she truly makes the course what it is. Thoroughly recommend to all!

Nicky was great, easy to understand, took the steps at a steady pace and really helped me to remember all the fab tips I already knew but had fallen out of habit with.

The free one hour course exceeded my expectations because I was able to take away tangible recommendations. I was worried it was going to be a selling platform for a longer course.

A perfect reminder of these awesome techniques I first learnt with Happy a while ago now. Some, such as 3210 are now part of my life (work and play), the others I'd like to try harder with.

For such a short course, I got a lot of useful techniques out of it! The 3210 idea was explained much better than I have had it explained before, which made it far more useful. I also found the idea of productivity being about mood management incredibly useful.
