Really great starting session, enthusiastic to try some of the new techniques learned.

I felt it was the right pace, it wasn't too heavy and kept me captured throughout.

Adele was a really lovely trainer, she provided a safe space for people to ask questions and always checked in on people when doing tasks.

Brendan managed the interactive elements so we could complete all of them despite the inevitable late afternoon slow down!
