Today was very useful. The Venue was accommodating and welcoming. Very comfortable learning environment with great available food and drink and nice touches. The instructor was so helpful, his pace was great for explaining without being patronising. I felt supported and that the whole class could continue at a good pace without anyone being made to wait or hurry. Really great teaching
Maybe more time allocated to practise some of the more complex topics
Very enjoyable training session, just got to try and remember it all now! Good to know the helpline is available though.
Difficult to evaluate the brochure as I have yet to read it. Enjoyed the course.
I feel the course was really good and will help me a lot in my day to day job, however i feel that the time was short and we needed more time. I do think that the course should be split in to days as we were rushing at the end and didn't get to go through everything.
Thank you so much for this training course. Anything I have not given full ratings to is not due to any shortcomings on Happy's side, I think I expected more than the course offered due to my own fault of not looking things up properly. You have an awesome office & an equally awesome trainer in Sal!

There was a mix up that I would cover creating documents such as forms. This was not the case but the trainer and the Admin staff apologised and are arranging for me to do a session free of charge to make up for this mistake
