The overall delivery and solidification of the learning was superb from experiential learning to ingraining through discussion, best way of learning. I loved it. I would have loved to have more protein with my meal - meat - which cottage pie was not quite protein as expected.
It was very nice and friendly session with lots of practical knowledge.

It is a very pleasant learning environment and despite the density, the facilitator did his utmost not to make his explanations feel rushed. It is a very good introduction.
Great course, great pace, achieved what I had hoped to achieve in the day. Now time to use my new skills and see if i'm ready for stage 4 in the coming months.
