I really enjoyed today's session our trainer was welcoming and answered all my questions

even though joining instructions were very clear, it was unfortunate that we lost a few minutes trying to make sure that everyone was connected and able to use GoTo Training

The course delivers what it says "introduction to coaching" It could cover more, but would need more time, possibly in two separate sessions so one could start experimenting with what has been learned and come back to a second session with that knowledge

Personally, I think an introduction session would require more time. 2h doesn't seem to be enough.
