Course was well run and interactive

Gill was great and it was quite useful to learn hints and tips around things I wasn't aware of. It perhaps could have been shorter but that's no fault of the trainer - we all new a basic amount about Teams anyway.

Another good day. Found the AI session especially interesting.

I am really enjoying learning from the other course delegates and seeing their approach to the tasks that we are undertaking during the day. Also good to see that we are all facing similar challenges in our approach to leadership and managing the day job.

Edmund was a great trainer, really conscientious and great at getting everyone involved and making sure everyone knew what was going on which is especially difficult on an online course!

It was a little difficult to catch up at times as I had slight pc issues

I think I have grasped the basic concept through this course. Now I just need to put it into practice!

Some of the material I had covered elsewhere on different courses but that shows the value of it, and it was good to be brought back to the front of mind. Lots of good ideas that can adapted to suit different people and purposes.

Very useful even tough some methods may not be quite relevant to our roles and ways of working. However these are tips that can work elsewhere very easily.
