Excellent course, well paced, good materials and presenter.

I will need to put what I have learnt into action immediately as it is easy to forget but will also refer to the training material which Paul has sent. Good course and I know I will reap the benefits.

Make it cheaper for individuals, and add a discount if referred by somebody

Practical parts are really useful and help bed in new ideas and behaviours.

I thought the overall session was really useful and definitely feel like I will implement a lot of what I learnt moving forward. Rachael also ran the sessions extremely well, made sure everyone was included by giving everyone the opportunity to feedback

I think I struggled slightly with the topics and felt that I was not really part of the more defined teams and Rachel really helped oversee that and helped me focus on the project outline rather than the topic

Fabulous course - lots of methods, tools etc to take away and continue to use in practice. Great team work and perfect facilitation.
