It was excellent having gluten free meal and ice creams were a really nice touch! Edmund was fantastic throughout the day - I loved how he broke things down to explain the rationale behind them before asking you to put what you'd learnt together.
Really good course, was brilliant training delivered expertly
This is my second course with Happy, and the service is impeccable. The staff are friendly, the trainers are great and really knowledgeable, and - most importantly - you get an ice cream break at 3pm (they even have vegan Magnums!)
Enjoyed the sessions. Brought up new ideas as well as cementing old ones
The presenter (Dez) was fantastic , really engaging, relevant, positive and enthusiastic. I don't have enough adjectives! he was reassuring and very helpful.
As always a very good course and I look forward to the next one.
Thoroughly enjoyed part 2 of the course and look forward to trying out some of the tools learnt.
