Very impressed with the teacher and the group of people I was with. Learnt a lot. Definitely very useful and can't wait to use what I have learnt in all aspects of my life. Personal and professional.
The pace of the course was really good and the instructor was really patient when we were stuck and willing to explain things over again and on hand to help.
Overall the audience the fellow attendees were much younger and/or less senior in their career than I was expecting. I felt a bit like I was the most senior and had to moderate what I was saying to not look like "the big I am". I expected others to be at a more senior level to have relevant contribution to the discussions. Some didn't line manage at all and seem to be at relatively junior grades. It slightly diminished the value I think I got in terms of learning from others. People were good at meeting my access needs. Whilst the environment is still good, it seems a bit more corporate than the old building which had a greater authenticity because of its shabby chic environment.
