I attended this training last minute in place of someone else so did not have any objectives, however I have found the course extremely valuable and will be able to implement strategies to use within the workplace. It has been a very enjoyable and interactive day.
Paul is an incredible facilitator; he covered a lot of different topics in a short space of time, keeping me fully engaged throughout the session. What I most admire is how he makes it seem so effortless! I enjoyed Paul's anecdotes and exercises; they created a space in which I could think about and relate to the content covered instead of just "memorise" it. It's made me want to attend many more of Paul's courses!

The training was a bit rushed and didn't cover everything I would like to learn. As it was booked by HR, who didn't know the pace and content of the day. So it would be good for another day of training in the future to consolidate what was learnt and for more contents regarding the course in the second lesson. Thank you.
