The trainer was engaging and explained things well, and made the day fun. The lunch was nice - but I preferred the buffet Happy used to do. Also I had sent me request for lunch but it seems as though it hadn’t been received.

I have really enjoyed the course, it has been a good pace, there has been lots of helpful discussion and feedback on current experiences and it has helped me to think about further changes I can make to improve my own work in my role as a manager.
Really great all round I just wish we could have more of it. I have enquires about doing a longer in duration course with Happy

Cathy was very engaging and warm with a real understanding of our work as it us a niche organisation, she was able to adapt off the cuff to make the content tailored and relevant.
