Great course - unfortunately we will not be able to use all of the features as we have issues with our IT and phones

I felt that the training was helpful, although I had already taught myself a number of the features. There were a few extra points within Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook that I found helpful.

Enjoyed the informative and relaxed style also didn't drag out one subject and was freeflowing

Some of it was stating the obvious a little as we'd already been using word, excel and powerpoint. I understand that everything had to be covered though so it wasn't an issue.

Really positive and useful experience. Challenging and educational, with a lot of lively discussion facilitated by Jo.

The room can get a bit stuffy in PM. Would prefer to start earlier and finish earlier.

Great course and very insightful

I thought a whole day course would be too long, but it went very quickly!

Didn't like any of the lunch options.

A great course, I'm leaving with some new tools and a way of thinking I didn't previously have. I feel motivated and look forward to putting the new skills into practice.
