Thought provoking

I thought this was a very helpful course that gave me some real actions not vague things that I'll forget next week. Nicki was very positive and gave great feedback on issues. Good interaction with everyone in the room. I liked that there was hardly any PowerPoint.

Very good course and thought provoking content. Was geared more towards companies with resources to spare rather than charities with high regulation and very limited resources. Although this means I will need to think more and be more creative in pushing against ideas and challenges! Thank you 😊
