A useful course Thought provoking and will look to implement changes

Good again, covered some of the same topics as last time

Training was excellent as usual, can’t fault it and will be good to apply the positive techniques in the office. It’s given me confidence that I can have those difficult discussions with staff!

Really enjoyable day, didn't answer all specific requirements I was hoping for but definitely gave me enough to go away and implement changes which should address some issues.

I think there is a big divide between managers leading ops/cht teams vs more creative-type teams that have less strictly/precisely defined objectives. Tailoring course towards the two a bit differently may help it be more relevant

It was very helpful and beneficial. A lot was taught and i was able to understand every step at my own pace.

Really good session with great practical tips. Tbh the title of the course is uninspiring - the whole thing exceeded expectation. Nicky is excellent.
