Great training. I wish it was a bit longer to cover more topics
A really thorough and useful introduction to managing an individual or a team for the first time. I found practical tools that I can take back to my workplace and Nick was a brilliant and engaging trainer.
It was a really good course, very worthwhile and would recommend to other first time managers.
The course met my objective for a refresher for excel
I think the topics covered were immensely helpful and I’ll definitely be using the content to improve my role as a manager, but felt that the same content could haves been covered in one day rather than two. There were a lot of tangents into stories and experiences that while a few would give context, to many were distracting and often unnecessary
Well structured and great trainer. I didn't realise there was a Google Sheets session as that would've been more relevant to my work. A 'next steps' guide would be great to take this further but I understand that will probably be covered in level 3!
Great session with lots of really practical ideas and take aways
Very productive session, great facilitator who really understood the group. Learnt a lot and will be implementing the tools mentioned!
