Was very good, just didnt cover as much as I would have liked as we were slowed down by the group having to have a refresher on course 2. Would recommend advising people to refresh their knowledge on level 2 before coming to level 3

As the second day of the course it felt like the group were feeding off each other better. The advice and practice around coaching was helpful and the three-way coaching, coachee, observer worked well, with constructive feedback.

we didn't finish everything, however this was because of the level of people in the course, which slowed down the pace. Which meant I didn't learn as much

I think the course was very informative and included a lot of information. However, we didn't cover everything that was stated in our booklet.

A lot was covered in the course. It was all useful, however, the content meant that everything wasn't covered. Everything that was covered will be used.

Literally couldn't find any faults. Course, trainer, location all excellent. Keep up the great work. Will be recommending

Very good course, I only had a basic understanding of excel when i arrived this morning and now feel confident enough to create spreadsheets and edit others

Really impressed with the course which not only addressed the issues I wanted to cover but made me rethink lots of areas around recruitment and induction.
