Fantastic facilitation, Paul G should (if doesn't already) teach this as a course also. Content was useful, not much slides, flow of training was perfect and in tune with the group.

Very very good. I really enjoyed the training and it was one of the best courses I've attended in some time. Paul was an engaging, friendly and knowledgeable facilitator and kept the session entertaining and insightful. Sometimes sessions such as this can drag but this was very useful, well paced and informative. Often, training can be dragged out for very little reason - the 3 hour time slot was ideal and short enough to keep everyone engaged.

The session was well-paced and clearly structured, which made it easy to follow and stay engaged throughout. Paul was a fantastic trainer—knowledgeable, approachable, and great at explaining things in a practical way. As a result, I now feel more confident in writing effective reports with a clear aim and structure.

Helped to gain confidence that I am now on the right path to writing a report.
