Thoroughly enjoyed the course, facilitator was excellent - very engaging, easy to follow, challenging in a way that allowed us to help each other and understand what we were actually doing. Small class size was ideal as we all got plenty of attention and support. Also really appreciate of how the course was related to our jobs/realistic scenarios.

The venue was very welcoming and clean. Even the toilets were immaculate. Lunch was very tasty. The overall training was presented very clear and concise. This will improve the way I work. I loved the idea of working with other attendee to problem solve. I would surely recommend happy.
