The course was very enjoyable considering I do prefer to be with people, and this was a first experience of zoom learning. I do feel deprived of the contact and going to a venue etc., but of course no ones fault and cannot be helped and it was better than I expected. I was surprised how much I got out of it and participated in. I really enjoyed meeting the other learners and sharing time in the breakout rooms. It may have been nice to of been encouraged to come back a little earlier from lunch to have an optional informal chat time with the other learners possibly, but that's because I'm a people person and missing the interaction with others at this time... Paul was very good! lovely calm voice and manner. Included everyone so well and equally. He valued all comments and was very engaging and knowledgeable. Thanks Paul, hope to meet someday at Happy! :)
An excellent online experience. Full use made of Zoom facilities to make the course interactive, informative and fun.
The 'venue' or Zoom meeting structure was really good. I was really impressed with the system, how it was used and how you were able to maintain lots of interaction despite not being in the physical classroom. I thought the programme translated really well to this online format. (I would be happy to book either remote or in-class sessions if both become standard options on your course listings) I also really appreciated the thought and planning that had gone into restructuring the programme to accommodate the online format, such as the 7 minute breaks away from the screen each hour, the moves into and out of break out and large group activities, the interactive team activities and the two hour teaching blocks with independent working in the middle. Really good and, as always, lead seamlessly by Nicky. Thank you.
Involved us and allowed us to ask questions whenever. Went through things step by step, i would say that maybe he could have talked a bit slower but it was really good
Serena was very patient and knowledgeable. She allowed us to work at our own pace and frequently checked our knowledge and understanding.
Facilitator, Sal, was extremely helpful and really engaging. She got us involved throughout the session, asking questions to check we were following- but wasn't pressuring in her manner or tone at all, meaning we all stayed actively involved and understood what we were learning. I really enjoyed the training as a result!
Training good and highlight a few areas which had been updated since my original training many years ago. I would have liked more chart training which I have completely forgotten but I am now aware of where the area is to link with my pivot table to research at depth by myself. Training was reserved at last minute by another person so I was not fully aware of content until shortly before the course.
Course not over yet but loved this morning technique
Trainer was friendly and very helpful - answered any questions I had and made using excel easy and fun!
