I found the training very beneficial especially as we were working to the same excel sheet as the trainer. I actually find the virtual training better than attending other training courses in person
Very interactive. Interesting conversations and exploring of models. You obviously know your subject very well and instil confidence in encouraging us to use the skills we're learning.
I feel there has been a perfect balance between sharing of information, interactions and practice. I had anticipated a different type of training that focused more on the broad responsibilities expected of a line manager in the organisation I work for and although I am really happy to benefit from this course, it is not immediately obvious to me yet how I will put my learning into practice but I suspect that I will overtime.
Serena was excellent as usual but the pace was rather slow as several members of the group needed additional help. We did not finish the planned training.

Again Serena was wonderfully organised and knowledgeable. She paced the sessions to suit the trainees and I learned several new things that I was not aware were possible. I am now very keen to put them into practice.
Facilitator was helpful in directions and patient throughout the course. Very informative and answered questions well. Content was useful and particularly relevant to manager-employee/person work interactions.
