I thought each of these sessions brought a novel fresh approach- as was typified by the River Jumping session

Should be mandatory course for all before they apply for any management post in the NHS. Instead of over a year may be better to have it monthly and 1 consolidation day.

Very enjoyable. Disappointed 3 of 4 of the half day sessions didn’t happen and I couldn’t attend the only one that did. Feel I missed a valuable component of the course. Other than that I have learned and more importantly understood a lot more about myself and how others tick

Lost a star because of the last minute changes to timings and missing half a session because I was unable to cancel clinic. The Preston networking event was excellent but missed most others due to last minute changes.
