Very well run course with good opportunities to work on the theory discussed in a practical way, even in zoom
I thought I knew Teams but found out a lot more and how to use it better. Am really pleased that all our department now know how to use it so we will definitely be able to share things better Am looking forward to the next session

I have never done this before. So I had to concentrate. I explored things I didn't know about.
Excellent trainer and excellent support. Thankyou for your time. however a lot of time spent on chat and messaging which is no what we as an academy do not use that function and would have preferred to have spent time setting up meetings and applying it education and training. the lack of IT didn't help th trainer but she worked around this and was very patient. Thankyou
