The course is developing and this was stage one. As such provided a very good foundation. The facilitator was experienced but, I felt, a little on the casual (?lazy) side. Felt as if he was trotting out a few well-honed anecdotes/illustrations rather than being really with his audience and creating the opportunity to hone the course and make it really useful. Sensed that Sue had done a lot of the hard work! Also lost pace towards the end of the day, which could have been avoided with better management.

The trainer was absolutely amazing, tailored the content to each of us in the room and made every feel so comfortable to share our individual situations with each other. I have been raving about this course to everyone I talk to!

I learned a lot on the course, it gave me more confidence in my existing skills as well as building on them I'm going to book on to Excel Level 2 soon!

Really useful course and something I will take away with me in to my workplace. My efficiency will be higher after doing this course!
