Adele was brilliant. Really friendly and it worked really well through Zoom. Jam board turned out to be perfect for this type of environment.
The course was presented really well by Adele, the pacing was good and made logical sense, covering the processes involved in managing a project over the course of a day. All of the material was relevant and Zoom and jamboard worked well for expressing the ideas in our groups (I don't really miss whiteboards and marker pens). All of the things taught seemed obvious when told, but I hadn't previously considered a lot of what managing a project would involve, and so it is good to now have a framework for this I can work from.
I really enjoyed this training session - Nicky was just brilliant. It was paced really well, with enough breaks and variety that it didn't feel like a slog, as a whole day on Zoom often can. The techniques were all genuinely usable and we learnt so much. My team were all singing Nicky's praises afterwards!
Sal is an excellent teacher! Learnt lots of useful tips on excel.

I have created a few pivot tables but it was useful to have a recap, I found the data tidying very informative and it will be very useful.
Course was facilitated well and the trainer was great at getting the trainees to participate and work out answers themselves. Great course.
