I thought Daphne was a great facilitator, nothing was too much trouble to explain. She was very patient & no such thing as a stupid question
The one day session seems to short to cover the subject.
The topic is so complex that a one day course can only give a glimpse. And this one - unfortunately - was further hampered by Corona and the need for having this on Zoom
