I attended 2 days power point presentation L1 and L2. Ebe was very helpful, very encouraging ... a bit fast at time and needed to be reminded to slow down. I enjoyed both days very much. I feel I have learnt so much. I can contribute at work with my skills. Thank you Happy, Thank you Ebe, Thank you NEU for offering these courses.
Thank you time well spent, we like many in the charity sector have been forced on-line, but will most likely be a mixture going forward, so to di it correctly is important. likewise my role is employment and mental health this knowledge and best practice will help me support people in the workplace to get the best balance for well being, but also being a productive environment
Trainer was friendly, approachable and got us involved.
Very encouraging teacher, she constantly checked that we were learning and retaining the information. Lots of opportunities to try out independently and than check back with the teacher. I had an amazing time, and I have learnt a lot.
I was happy to have the same enthusiastic, friendly and encouraging teacher. Felt at ease as a result and my motivation and wiliness to learn was very high.
I enjoyed very much using the picture as hyperlink, and the tool smart Art, to create our on slide with all the animation in 3D.
Trainer was excellent loved the practical exercises.
I was down to observe the training however I did participate and from a personal point of view it has really helped me in terms of thinking about how I can advised managers on my role as well as how I may need to adapt when having my own conversations.
