very useful training

Great course hosted by a really engaging facilitator. I didn't know what to expect but actually got a lot out of the course. It was good to share my experiences with others who had similar feelings to me and learn techniques on how to be more assertive in the workplace and beyond.

Sal was a brilliant presenter, I liked her approach by getting to know us to make the course revelant to us. I enjoyed her presentation style. I was happy to see that materials were prepared for this course, I anticipated just watching some slides as the facilitator spoke. Far more engaging!

I found Paul's approach to be very calm and supportive. I liked the way he didn't make people hurry with their comments, even though there was not much time. I think a longer session would have really helped.
