As said previously, these online groups can be tricky if you do not have the right tutor / facilitator or have the right mix of people but everyone has been great and very supportive. Did not add stars for the venue as this is all taking place online.

it was a great session and hats off to DJ! Really engaging and great listener. I was just under the impression it was a session focussed on beginners. I found a lot of the content hard to grasp in some senses due to the fact that I did not have the prior knowledge/foundations of minuting.

The start of the session was very learner led where we had to figure out things for our self which helped keep my focus - the end was more a show and copy which I struggled after a day of learning. I did the online course a few years ago and did not find it as good as in person - felt like I really understand how to use the things I've been taught.

A great 4th day to end an all round great programme. It really encouraged reflection, discussion, and growing both as individuals and together as a leadership team.

A very well run course. Gave lots o think about and was practically applied and relevant to the roles the people had who attended.

It was an excellent course with a good balance between presentation and activities and discussions, including the use of breakout rooms.
