My initial objective was to learn how to lead a team, but the training does not tell you how to lead a team but gives you the tools to adapt. which is good but takes time to adapt and practicalise

Good course, would prefer it in a hybrid way so some in person time so group forms better and networks more.

The course was well run and had a good amount of content. I was flagging by the end of the day which reflects that this was a challenging but manageable course. I would have struggled if there were any more. It felt humanistic and realistic. The different tools/frameworks to use.

The content and pace of the training was good.

Very very good. I really enjoyed the training and it was one of the best courses I've attended in some time. Paul was an engaging, friendly and knowledgeable facilitator and kept the session entertaining and insightful. Sometimes sessions such as this can drag but this was very useful, well paced and informative. Often, training can be dragged out for very little reason - the 3 hour time slot was ideal and short enough to keep everyone engaged.
