Overall, the training session was excellent. I found the facilitator, Sal, to be extremely approachable and supportive, and she delivered the content at a suitable pace. Sal consistently checked in to ensure everyone grasped the material, displaying professionalism throughout. I highly recommend both the training and Sal as a facilitator for future sessions.

Really impressed with the session, all the topics are very intuitive and make sense but they have been put into great context so I can try applying it to every day work.

Paul (presenter) was friendly and very knowledgeable and involved everyone in the training. He was able to deliver the training so that all understood and could use Visio. Only slight negative was the pace of the training as it possible could have been delivered in a shorter space of time however I acknowledge that with a group that has mixed levels of tech skill this is difficult.

It was a good course! It is quite tricky engaging a group of strangers over a video call and I think the trainer did this well. It was a good balance of being shown things and then getting to go and try it and do it yourself/then having the support to straight away ask questions. Very useful!

Although I am not managing paid staff but I work closely with volunteers. I can use some of the elements we cover in this session to mange also how to delegate tasks and responsibilities.
