I enjoyed it too much wish it didn’t end! It made me look at myself in a different perspective that I can handle my stress or any worry in a different way, that I shouldn’t go into auto pilot and I can just try to be aware of my surroundings.

Brilliant course, I was really anxious about coming to the course as I don’t like the unknown but the tutor was great and very understanding. He made me feel ease and there was no pressure to join in with activities or share your thoughts as I’ve experienced on other courses. The course has given me new and fresh insight into being more mindful and aware. I will be sharing some of the knowledge with my team

Really good welcome in general. Great food, space, course, teacher. Very casual interaction between me, the teacher and the rest of the group made the course, which can quickly become overwhelming, fun and easy to understand.

Great training. Really useful and accessible. Haven't had a proper look through the printed workbook yet. But think the hands on approach was great.
