Really like the snappy pace - use of Zoom was very good at introducing me to everyone on the course.
Some content was new and useful. Some was a repeat or variant on what I already do, but good to have it reinforced. I liked the format of 15 minute slots and the chance to apply tools and tips during the day and share back. Liked the interaction with other participants to share ideas on the practical application and overcoming challenges.
Adele was flexible and agile with her delivery, she responded well to all our queries and was happy to accommodate my additional needs.
I have enjoyed the outlook manage your email very much. I have learnt a lot of thing that will make my job more efficient and will improve my productivity. Sal was very clear in the explanation and encouraged us to have a go and learn by doing it. I hope there is a part 2 of this course, I would like that.
