I think this was one of the best session in the series and dealt with the very important matter of difficult discussions. I liked particularly the part where we needed to think of scenarios and do some role play. It has proven to me that some things are more difficult than I could imagine. Overall, very inspirational.

It was a great first day and it gave a lot of insights in terms of how two personalities come out when we are relaxed and when we are in pressure.

Perfectly run by the facilitator, despite of the fact that it was a online zoom session with multiple countries involved and technical glitches, but Paul never broke under pressure :)

It was a good learning experience for me and learnt new concepts of creating happy working environment. Look forward to learn more in coming sessions

Really enjoyed the course. It was well explained and interactive. Nice to have regular breaks.
