Really helpful, learned a lot. Great instructor.

Out of all of the Happy courses I've been on, this is the one that will probably have most impact on some of the work I do. There were plenty of things I either didn't know how to do, or I found out better or quicker ways of doing them.

There were lots of advanced tips given from the very start, which was a bit overwhelming for someone who has not created any Powerpoint presentations before. It felt like jumping at the deep end. However, I understand that the needs of different staff memebers were at different levels so there had to be something for everyone.

Good information on tips and ideas, facilitator is interactive with audience and address personal challenges effectively. Lots of good discussions.
