A well run and presented course that kept all candidates interested and involved.

There were lots of ideas to take on board. For me, I probably need more time to embed the learning. Really interesting and valid course.

The course was really helpful. Some useful, practical solutions to some of the challenges - time, space and cultural around remote working. Although much of the active listening part wasn't new to me, there were some useful additions such as the 3 whats, accessibility on technologies and the types of technology available.

Good course which provided some valuable insights to handle these difficult situations

Ben was an excellent trainer - all the information provided today was broken down into manageable sections. There was a variety of opportunities for the trainees to interact as a large group or in small breakout rooms. Ben also allowed the group to reflect and share their thoughts on topics raised. Using real examples through the coaching was also helpful as it means that things can be put into practice when returning to work

A great selection of material and insights, combined with the rich experience of the facilitator and his ability to bring out the diverse experience and learning of the participants, made the course a really well-presented and coherent programme. It was both enjoyable and stretching. The facilitator's ease with ZOOM and the other virtual platforms made it very productive despite the possible drawbacks of doing things like this virtually.
