Perceptive isn't a word that begins to cover Des. Throughout the course, he offered insights and observations which helped structure and guide all participants to a greater understanding of coaching and how it could help us each in our roles. Truly excellent course. I will be recommending it to anyone who will listen. PowerPoint is a lot more powerful then previously thought.
