I found Paul's approach to be very calm and supportive. I liked the way he didn't make people hurry with their comments, even though there was not much time. I think a longer session would have really helped.

Trainer was excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and very inclusive of all attendees. Very interactive and not just listening - time well spent, could have stayed longer.

The course was fantastic, however there was a lot of information to digest within 2 hours. I believe this course should be a full day course where we can go though more scenarios and in depth discussion groups.
