With my chronic email situation, that section of the course could never have got me out of the swamp - but it's given me tools to start that process. It was a great way to start the day, fun and engaging, motivating and interactive. Very effective, efficient way of sharing day-changing information.
Very informative and enjoyable course. Nicky was excellent - she made the sessions very relevant and engaging, and was very astute at pinpointing and highlighting the specific challenges of our organisation and really helped focus our thinking on the key matters.

An excellent course. Nicky was a first rate facilitator. She made everyone feel relaxed, while maintaining a rigorous and wide ranging course structure. I feel taht over the past four sessions I have come to understand more fully than I had in the past the meaning, function and possibilities of true leadership within the workplace.
