Some of the things I have covered in previous training but with a different group so discussions and outcomes were different. I have enjoyed getting to know everyone and enjoying being in a group of women and taking this journey with them.
Really enjoyed day 1, engaging, well paced, creative and inclusive- would really recommend. Thank you
Great resources and lots of info not a fast typist so found having to type questions a bit time consuming was not a fan of doing things on shared screen - prefer to use my own workbook Also not a great fan of online learning and find navigating between different screen difficult - but did learn lots so thank you
I was already familiar with some of the techniques being discussed in the session so personally, I found day 2 much more useful for me than day 1. I also found the e-learning modules by Happy very useful.
Brilliant, very helpful
Really enjoyed the day, lots of interaction and opportunity for personal reflection
Really interesting topic and relevant to both work and homelife. I appreciated the links to research and related content (re:work, liberating structure, TED talks). Role play is always a bit uncomfortable but it wasn't too much of the session and did contribute to our understanding and discussion.
I enjoyed the course and I think the group size was perfect. I think the fact that we all knew each other was really important and allowed me to gain the most out of the day. I would of liked more on resilience and building that within a team.
As always HAPPY has improved the way I think and work, leading to me being more productive and motivated .
Overall, the training is very good. However, there have been some problems with connectivity, particularly on my work laptop which I am currently using at home and also because I have discovered that it does not have a U-drive (This is the drive that 'house' the client files on the computer I use in the office). Fortunately our technical support company have now put all my client files on One Drive and this should help going forward. I am hoping that I will not lose so much time 'troubleshooting' during the last two training sessions later this month.
