Brilliant course, so many excellent tips and strategies. Great structure - having the chance to practise the techniques during the day and then report back - felt accountable and ensured we put them into practice.

Great fast pace. The 15 minute sessions were energising. Really useful, practical tips and tools. Use of breakouts, chat and polls was also something I'll be taking to my (shorter) meetings.

I have really enjoyed everything about this week, and I feel more productive just as a result of having done it! I don't think I have ever experienced such a practical course. Brilliantly delivered, I would certainly recommend this to others.
