session 1 and 2 were at very good pace. I would have liked to have more time in session 3 to practice the org chart and swim lane and to have had some time for a group wrap up. Maybe separate the 2 out to session 3: org chart (1hr) session 4: swim lane & wrap up (1hr)

Complete beginners to visio would do better in a classroom because it is easy to get 'lost' with some technological aspects of online learning, and this holds up the rest of the online learners.

Great course, a bit rushed because it was condensed in one day (not the trainer's fault). Trainer was lovely, very patient, she made sure we were all caught up and had our questions answered. Great accompanying material too.
