As always a positive experience. Great group of people to work with
Nick is an excellent trainer, really patient and breaks things down in easy to understand ways.
Great training. I wish it was a bit longer to cover more topics
A really thorough and useful introduction to managing an individual or a team for the first time. I found practical tools that I can take back to my workplace and Nick was a brilliant and engaging trainer.
It was a really good course, very worthwhile and would recommend to other first time managers.
