I really enjoyed this course and found the group and individuals exercises really useful and practical, some of which I will apply in my day to day life.
Rudy was brilliant in ensuring we are all understanding what's being taught and allowed us enough time to process the information. I have learnt a lot more than I thought I would from this course
Trainer involved everyone in the room and structured the course around us and our capabilities. Rudy was very patient and clear and went at a good pace.
Very happy with the overall session, i managed to learn things that i was unsure of in the beginning, and Rudy was very helpful and patiently guided me in understanding further.
