The pace is faster than anticipated, which is not bad as I thought it would be too drawn out. The only element I would have liked more time given to is finance. Things like what to look out for on a budget and what they could mean for the business.
Overall, a very informative and interesting course. I could perhaps have done with the level before it, or perhaps even before that! But Ed made the content accessible and was happy to go over things until I had understood, processed and completed the task. The content was well thought out and planned, with excellent resources. I would have rated it a five star, but I needed a warm up exercise instead of coming into the training 'cold'. My personal learning style and needs mean that I work best when given time to reflect on the content, before going straight into it. I felt on the backfoot initially, whereas if I'd had a bit of reading or a video to watch or an exercise to complete, then that would have made me less initially scared. I don't work with Excel formulae every day, so it would have helped to remind me of how to do things too.
Really interesting especially the afternoon Just suggest we should have had introductions as to who people were Ie Job Place of work Interests
Darren was friendly, helpful, patient, professional and involving. He made the whole training experience interesting and simple.
there was good involvement and adequate time to ask questions.
Great. Possibly morning session was too long. More time on afternoon and practical steps would have been preferable. But this is only a mild suggestion, not a criticism
Good session, lots of content and useful learning
