While I've used mail merge before, it was good to understand the parts I've not used before. And good to be told of it's limitations and glitches. And the workarounds.
Very useful introduction/refresher which helped clarify and explain a few things. I would like to delve into the more advanced pivot functions, but that will have to wait till another time.
