I learnt a lot, and look forward to putting it into practice. I have a personal target, and a plan to achieve it, and I feel confident that I will achieve it eventually.

As was somewhat expected my neurodivergence meant that some of what was covered wasn't all that relevant as it involved things I'd already learned, but there were still sizeable chunks which did prompt awareness of what I needed to handle just from the conversation on the subject which was quite useful to take away in long-term.

Really useful workshop - practical and really demonstrated things well.

good presentation and included everyone. I found the pace too fast at times and difficult to take in all the information

Useful refresher, the models/tools/step-by-step processes were really useful, as is hearing about other people's experiences

Well-structured training sessions, plenty of useful interactions, participatory modules helped kept the interest quotient and engagement up; useful resources were shared, which helped as well

Sal was very nice and made the learning enjoyable - it was the right pitch in that it was not too easy or too difficult

Paul was great at facilitating.

Very good. Felt slightly uncomfortable at times but that was in relation to group work with not knowing who i was in a room with

Enjoyable, thought provoking, valuable. Difficult to entirely apply to NHS - maybe?!
