I thoroughly enjoyed this course. I was expecting the usual booklet and some practical exercises but by focusing on the practical exercises first, it is much more effective. I learned from other participants styles, tips and feedback. The facilitator was extremely welcoming, reassuring and positive, encouraging everyone to give it a go and increasing our confidence. I have completely changed the way I present, focusing on the key message and taking into account the audience. I need to work on my delivery and voice so that they better match the message I'm trying to convey. Thank you!

I thought our course facilitator, Des, was fantastic. I wasn't sure what to expect from this course, but it went beyond my expectations. Des talks the talk and walks the walk. I was very impressed with him. He gave me specific and tailored guidance that was invaluable
