I would say this is the best course I have ever attended. I felt like I actually learnt something and will go away with new skills. Kevin was brilliant and I will be highly recommending this course to others. I plan to attend the level 3 course once I have started using these new skills.

Excellent 2 days!! Benet was amazing. Engaging, encouraging, thoughtful. Good examples. I expect to be able to use course in my job. Excellent lunch, not a dodgy sandwich in sight!

I feel a lot more confident to go back with the things I've learnt and do a better job of managing. Happy has a lovely environment and Benet was great.

Really enjoyable course that I think I will take away some important learnings from. The booklet seems a little long when not using the whole thing however.
