Doing the final day of this Happy course virtually actually worked out much better than I expected. However I did miss the connection with the rest of the group, especially as it was not a full day's interaction (understandably) - I felt like people were less keen to contribute/volunteer than when we were all in a room, and that did make some parts slow down a bit. In the format that Happy could deliver this though, I am pleased with how it went. One thing I particularly miss is the little handbook I could jot down my notes in!

Fantastic training - lovely friendly style and approach. Easy to ask the draft questions and very knowledgeable - gained so much from the course. Highly recommend it to others. Thank you for being so fabulous. Good luck and keep safe. You have saved me hours of work!!!!

I again thoroughly enjoyed the course, the topics are given so you can relate to them, and paint a clear picture on how you can use them. What I like is if you are not quite sure of something you are not pressured to provide answers, but encouraged to reflect on what has been delivered and given time to comment. Nicky always makes sure we are comfortable with what has been delivered and open to any questions. this was the last module of our 4 day programme, which was done online so the constant interaction with everyone was very good. Sad the course is over but always think Happy:)

I think I got a bit confused with the difference between Partial and Absolute references, however the Range Name stuff was good.

I haven't read the manual yet I'm afraid so can't comment on that.

Very helpful and useful. I could ask any question and the facilitator related it to my company specifically. The pace was nice and slow and we covered all of the objectives in the time.
