Really good training course, I learned a lot and I feel a lot more confident in Power BI already, and I know this will come in really useful in my day to day role and is not just a training course that I will go on and forget about afterwards. Serena was a brilliant facilitator - very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, patient, and happy to help at all times. Great interactivity with everyone and the course works really well remotely through screen sharing and taking it in turns to have the attendees demonstrating. I found the pace a bit slow at times but that is because I had more experience with Power BI than others on the course.

I would have liked more help with motivation at a distance but what was delivered was still very helpful and enjoyable

Good course covering the basics of project management and helping to focus ongoing tasks. Some more theory and a little more complexity to examples could be helpful. Checking the type of projects and prior knowledge in advance would make this easier.

The course facilitator was brilliant and got everyone involved just enough. There was enough group and independent work to make me think about the issues and concepts at hand.
