Jo was great as a facilitator and managed to keep us all engaged during the sessions, which was tough as most were scheduled for end of day on a Friday! We were able to use a mix of theoretical approaches and apply it to real life issues members of the group were facing. It was also useful to meet other managers who you wouldn't normally meet

Ebs was an amazing teacher - very informative, supportive and delivered the session at the right pace and at each stage made sure that we understood before moving on...sequential learning at its best !!!.
